positive;
The protocol transmission i would use if i sent a photo would be Bluetooth  the positive things are that the they would get it for free, they do not have to pay for it which is good for them. Also, it is very secure so no one can hack into it, you can create a password for it. You can switch Bluetooth on and off so no one can find you when its off and just switch it on when you want it to be.

negative;
Bluetooth can only be used in a certain distance which is bad because you have to be near the person if you wanted too send them a data file. Bluetooth is also very slow so it will take a while to transmit your data across to others.

another way you can send a photo is by sending it via text message. This works by sending it through your network such as 02, orange and 3.

the mechanism that has been put in place for cyber-bullying is in school we have something called the bully line  this is a number that you call if you are being bullied in any kind of way. It means that names can be taken and something can be done about it, everything would be confidential so no-one should be scared of speaking up as they would think that they will be bullied more for telling on them.

the mechanism for communication with others is that because people would forget about their social life as they would be sat behind a scree, companies have introduced social clubs, for people to go to to make new friends and communicate with others. This is a good resolution because it will stop teenagers sitting in their rooms all day behind a screen.

the main differences are with a mobile is you cannot connect if you were in the middle of nowhere. You could send a picture message through 3G but it will cost and it comes out small. The best method is too send it through email and making your phone the hotspot because sending it through email does not cost and it comes out bigger than your phone. The final way of doing it is uploading it to your computer then transferring it through email. 3G is alot slower than wi-fi because with 3G you can only send 14.4 Mbps and with wi-fi you can send 54 Mbps at a time.

 This picture shows the amount of 3G coverage you get in places for the networks o2, orange, Vodafone, t-mobile and 3. The purple areas show where about in the united kingdom you can get this coverage. As you can see the further up north you go the less coverage for 3G you can get.

This image shows a typical city and how the broadband wi-fi hot spots are limited to different places, the coverage for wi-fi is smaller than the coverage for 3G because wi-fi only spreads out across a small area whereas 3G is able to spread over a larger area.

To keep protocol’s and devices data safe you can use a password to keep your data safe in a document that only you know the password so only you can get into it you should use a password that no-one would think of for example an old nickname and not something like your birthday or family member. Also do not leave your documents logged in so no-one can get into your account without any difficultly. Bluetooth is very easy to hack as the code is easy to read whilst Wi-Fi is protected by W.P.A making it harder to hack into unless you leave your Wi-Fi open then it is only a click away to hack into. Encryption scrambles yourown personal information so its easier to not hack into your devices and if they did then your information is scrambled to it is very hard to read and understand.
