SAFETY

There are many safety issues when using blogs. One of the issues when blogging is that your account can be hacked into and some one may put information or say something you wouldn't put on it. A  way to avoid this is by setting up a strong password that only you would know and no one could guess or easily figure out. To do this you could add numbers and capitals somewhere in the password. You can also limit the people who can view your blog by only adding people you know and not because someone else knows them.Another problem is that people can email you with a virus which can cause problems for your computer. The best way to avoid this is to download a virus checker, which should be updated regularly, and regularly scan for viruses. Do not open emails of people you don't know. Also beware of some links as this may also have viruses.

You can protect your account by choosing who can view your work, for example... You can make someone an author, here is how you do it!

Go onto your blog site, click on settings at the bottom of the list, scroll to the bottom and you can add authors by using peoples email adress, this way you choose who views your work.
